Why do we need Mental Health Mondays? What is more important than having a healthy mind that can function and perform well day-to-day. Where we can handle stressors, maintain healthy and sound relationships; where emotions will not overwhelm nor send us into a whirlwind of depression. Where feelings of prolonged hopelessness of not wanting to wake up. Social isolation due to sadness does not exist. It does not matter how good we look, how much we make, where we live or who we know. If we do not have a mind that is solid, sound and consistently stable then we need Mental Health Mondays.
